Dear user

Our organization is committed to delivering high-quality services in alignment with our management policies, ensuring transparency and effectiveness in achieving our objectives.

To support this commitment, we have developed a Policy and Procedures Manual for Handling Requests, Complaints and Claims, which is available to all stakeholders and users. This manual outlines our approach to managing feedback in a fair, transparent, and, when necessary, confidential manner.

Stakeholders may submit requests, complaints, claims, or suggestions throuh our website and access relevant information about our organization management.

For further assistance, please contact us via:

Email: pcc@biocarbonstandard.com

We have also established a dedicated procedure for handling requests and claims related to personal data, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Data Protection Law 1581. Individuals may exercise their right of access by submitting a Subject Access Request (SAR) (“consultas”) to obtain information about their personal data. These requests will be addressed within ten (10) business days, with any necessary extensions duly communicated.

In addition, individuals may submit claims (“reclamos”) to exercise other data protection rights, including rectification, erasure, objection to processing, and data portability. These will be processed within fifteen (15) working days, with possible extensions communicated in advance. If a claim is incomplete, the requester will be notified and given five (5) days to provide the missing information. If no response is received within two (2) months, the request will be considered withdrawn.

All such requests must be made in writing to the Data Protection Officer at dp.officer@biocarbonstandard.com. A Subject Access Request Form is available here. Kindly complete the form and submit it to the address provided to exercise your rights.

Our policy ensures that all personal data requests are handled with diligence and in full compliance with applicable legal obligations.
