BioCarbon Cert is an independent standard-setting organization that develops and administers environmental programs for carbon, biodiversity, and water.
Through the BioCarbon Standard, BioCarbon Biodiversity Standard, and BioCarbon Water Standard, we establish the requirements, methodologies, tools, and procedures used to quantify, assess, register, issue, and track verified environmental outcomes.
Our work is focused on ensuring that these outcomes are supported by clear rules, sound technical criteria, independent assessment, and transparent processes.
BioCarbon Cert does not develop projects, trade credits, or operate the registry. Our role is to establish and administer the rules of the programs and to make decisions based on documented evidence and defined technical requirements.

As participants, we reaffirm our commitment to the Ten Universal Principles on Human Rights, Labor Standards, Environment, and Anti-Corruption, as well as to actively contributing to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
