Business Development – Latam / Asia / Africa / Europe

We are looking for highly motivated professionals with an entrepreneurial mindset and strategic vision to join our Business Development team in Latin America, Asia, Africa, or Europe. We welcome applications from candidates at different career levels -Associate, Manager, and Director- depending on experience and qualifications.

This role is key to the expansion of BioCarbon Standard, establishing and strengthening partnerships with project developers, governments, multilateral organizations, and private sector actors

Marketing – Business-Oriented Strategy

We are looking for a creative, analytical, and results-oriented professional to lead or support BioCarbon Standard’s business-focused marketing strategy, aimed at increasing visibility, generating leads, and positioning the organization among project developers, governments, and institutional partners.

Communications – Institutional & Digital Engagement

We are seeking a creative and digitally savvy professional to lead or support institutional communication and digital presence at BioCarbon Standard. This role is essential to ensuring message clarity, visual coherence, and effective engagement across our global audiences.

Government Affairs – Climate Policy and Institutional Relations

We are looking for a skilled and politically sensitive professional with solid knowledge of international climate governance to lead or support government engagement and institutional relations at BioCarbon Standard. This position is essential for building strong relationships with public institutions and multilateral organizations and for ensuring alignment with regulatory frameworks related to carbon markets and the Paris Agreement.

Policy Analyst – Technical Support in Climate Policy

BioCarbon Standard is seeking a Policy Analyst with a strong analytical profile and a strategic mindset to support the organization’s government affairs and climate policy initiatives. This position plays a vital role in monitoring policy developments, conducting technical analysis, and producing strategic insights related to the Paris Agreement, Article 6, carbon markets, and national climate frameworks.

CRM Developer – Salesforce Specialist

BioCarbon Standard is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Salesforce Developer to support the organization’s digital growth strategy. This role will be responsible for customizing and optimizing our CRM environment to enhance stakeholder engagement, automate workflows, and strengthen data-driven marketing and business development efforts.

Technical Officer – AFOLU (Agriculture, Forestry and Other Land Use)

We are looking for technically skilled professionals with backgrounds in agricultural, forestry, or environmental sciences to join the AFOLU (Agriculture, Forestry and Other Land Use) team. This role involves evaluating carbon projects, supporting methodology development, and contributing to the scientific and technical integrity of BioCarbon Standard across AFOLU activities.

Technical Officer – Biodiversity

We are seeking professionals with experience in conservation, ecology, or biodiversity monitoring to join our Biodiversity Technical Team. This role will focus on supporting the measurement, monitoring, and integration of biodiversity impacts within projects certified under BioCarbon Standard, contributing to innovation in nature-based crediting frameworks.

Technical Officer – Water Sector

This position is aimed at professionals with experience in hydrology, watershed management, or ecosystem-based water solutions. The selected candidate will support the evaluation of projects that improve water availability, quality, and resilience, as well as contribute to the development of methodologies and technical innovations within BioCarbon Standard.

Technical Officer – Energy and Waste Sector

We are looking for professionals with strong technical and analytical skills to join the Energy and Waste sector team. This role involves evaluating carbon projects focused on renewable energy, energy efficiency, waste treatment, biogas generation, and fossil fuel replacement, while also supporting the development and validation of methodologies in these areas.
